The Orders section in Retino is used to manage and monitor the connection with your order sources. On this page, you can check the status of order synchronization from your online store and set data retention rules.
Order Sources
In this section, you can see the current status of your online store's connection with Retino:
Great job, you're connected! - Retino is successfully connected to your store and correctly processes data.
Something's not quite right - Retino is connected to your store, but an error occurred during data update. Our technicians are working on the problem.
Data provider has been disabled - Retino was connected to your store, but the connection is no longer active. This happens when you uninstall or disable our plugin.
Waiting for initial synchronization - Retino was successfully connected to your store and is now waiting for the first data synchronization. Initial synchronization usually takes several hours.
Important Note. Order synchronization runs automatically every 6 hours. This means that new orders or changes in existing orders will appear in Retino no later than 6 hours after the change is made in your online store.
If you need help setting up order synchronization or need to make any changes, please contact our customer support.
Data Retention
In this section, you can set how long you want to keep order data and what should happen after this period expires:
Enter the data retention period in months
Choose what should happen after the retention period expires:
Delete personal data from orders
Delete all data from orders (this will influence your statistics)
Supported Integration Methods
Retino offers three main ways to synchronize orders from your online store:
Direct integration via add-on
If your online store runs on one of the supported platforms, you can use the native integration via the add-on. After installation and activation, orders will synchronize automatically every 6 hours without further configuration.
Integration via API
We don't have an add-on available on every platform's marketplace. In such cases, please send us your API details to customer support, and we will help you with the integration.
Integration using Retino XML feed
For other platforms or custom solutions, you can use integration via an XML feed. This method requires, after the initial synchronization, ensuring the XML feed is available on a public HTTPS address, from which Retino automatically downloads data updates every 6 hours.
