Order Integration

Retino offers two ways to synchronize orders from your e-shop:

1. Direct Integration via Add-on

If your e-shop runs on one of the supported platforms (e.g., Shoptet, Shopify, PrestaShop), you can use native integration via an add-on. After installation and activation, orders will synchronize automatically without further configuration.

PrestaShop users: To ensure proper tracking number synchronization, you must simultaneously change the order status when entering tracking numbers. For more information, see the PrestaShop integration article.

2. Integration using Retino XML Feed

For other platforms or custom solutions, you can use integration via an XML feed. Technical feed documentation is available in the Retino XML Feed documentation.

The synchronization process using the XML feed has two steps:

1. Initial Synchronization

First, you need to provide historical data for the desired period (recommended: the last 30 months). Send this one-time feed to [email protected].

2. Regular Synchronization

After the initial synchronization, ensure the XML feed is available at a public HTTPS address. Retino will then automatically download data updates approximately every 6 hours.

Verifying Successful Integration

You can check the current status of order synchronization in the Settings > Orders section. Upon successful connection, you will see a green notification: "Great job, you're connected!"

After successfully connecting your order source, you can proceed with further system setup.
