Supported Shipping Types with DHL
Drop-off - the customer drops off the package at a DHL branch
Pickup - a DHL courier picks up the package at the customer's address

DHL24 currently only supports shipping to Poland from the listed European countries.

Specific Setup Steps
In the Settings > Shipping section, add a new contract and select the desired DHL shipping type:
DHL24 Pickup - for courier pickup
DHL24 Drop-off - for drop-off at a branch
Enter your API login, API password, and Account number
Troubleshooting Specific Issues with DHL
Cannot Connect to API
If you encounter a connection error to the API:
Verify the accuracy of the entered credentials
Ensure you have the necessary access rights for the DHL API within your contract
Specific Parcel Tracking Information
Thanks to the DHL API integration, parcel statuses are automatically updated and visible directly in the Retino ticket detail. You can cancel the shipment and pickup order until it's picked up by the courier or dropped off at the branch using the "Cancel transport" function in the transport detail in the administration.

Pickup Time Window Specifications
For DHL24 Pickup, you can select the pickup date, but not a specific time window. Couriers pick up packages during regular business hours. Currently, you can schedule pickups up to 6 days in advance.
