To integrate with WooCommerce, we need an API key and API secret. The guide below will walk you through the steps to successfully integrate with Retino:
Getting the API Key
In your store's admin, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API.
Click Add key. Enter a description and for Permissions select Read/Write or just Read if you are not interested in creating coupons. Then click Generate API key.
Finally, copy the API key and secret (API Secret Key) and send them to our support team along with your integration request at [email protected]. Further steps will be handled by us.
The initial synchronization may take up to several hours, depending on the number of your orders. Subsequent updates occur automatically every 6 hours.
Integrating the Portal
Once the data integration is complete, you will need to integrate the customer-facing Retino portal. To display the Retino portal on your website, insert a Custom HTML block into your store's webpage and paste the integration script into it. That's it!
Generating Coupons for Refunds
Retino allows you to generate discount coupons for WooCommerce as part of the refund process.
Important Note. To create coupons, you need an API key with Read/Write permissions.
