Retino offers full integration with the Shoprenter platform, enabling automatic synchronization of orders and other crucial data from your online store.
How to Obtain Access Credentials
To connect Retino with your Shoprenter online store, you need to obtain API access credentials:
Log in to your Shoprenter online store's administration.
Navigate to the API settings section.
Create a new API key with sufficient permissions to access orders.
Copy the following information:
Your API URL (for example: https://vaseshop.shoprenter.hu/api/)
API username
API password/token
Important Note. For successful integration, the API key must have read access to orders. Without these permissions, synchronization will not function correctly.
Integration Procedure
After obtaining the access credentials, please send them to [email protected] along with your Shoprenter integration request. We will need:
Your API URL
API username
API password/token
Upon receiving this information, we will configure our end and notify you of the integration completion.
The initial synchronization may take up to several hours, depending on the number of your orders. Subsequent updates occur automatically every 6 hours.
Portal Integration
Once the data integration is complete, you will need to integrate the customer-facing interface – the Retino portal. To display the Retino portal on your website, insert an HTML block into your online store's page and paste the integration script into it. That's it!
