Retino offers integration with the Shopware e-commerce platform, both version 5 and the more modern version 6. This integration allows you to automatically synchronize orders, customer data, and other information between your Shopware store and Retino.

Supported Shopware Versions

Retino supports the following Shopware versions:

  • Shopware 5.x

  • Shopware 6.x

Integration Procedure

  1. Create a Retino account or log in to an existing one

  2. Contact our support team at [email protected] to request integration with your Shopware store

  3. Depending on your Shopware version, we will provide detailed instructions for setting up API keys and configuring access

Shopware 5 Setup

To integrate Retino with Shopware 5, you need:

  • An API key for accessing your store

  • The URL of your e-shop

Activate the integration in the Shopware 5 admin panel as follows:

  1. Go to Configuration > Basic Settings > System

  2. Enable REST API

  3. Create a new API user "RetinoAPIUser" and generate an API key

  4. Provide this key, along with your e-shop URL, to our support team

Shopware 6 Setup

To integrate Retino with Shopware 6, you need:

  • API key (Client ID)

  • Secret token (Client Secret)

  • The URL of your e-shop

  • Your store ID

Configure the integration in Shopware 6 as follows:

  1. Go to Admin > Settings > System > Integrations

  2. Create a new integration "Retino"

  3. Set the required permissions: reading orders, reading products, reading customers, reading shipping addresses

  4. After creating the integration, copy the generated Client ID and Client Secret

  5. Provide these details, along with your e-shop URL and store ID, to our support team

The initial synchronization may take several hours, depending on the number of your orders. Subsequent updates occur automatically every 6 hours.

Portal Integration

Once the data integration is complete, you will need to integrate the customer-facing Retino portal. To display the Retino portal on your website, insert an HTML block into your e-shop page and paste the integration script into it. That's it!
