Retino offers full integration with the Hungarian e-commerce platform UNAS. The integration automatically synchronizes orders and important data from your e-shop.
Requirements
To connect with Retino, you need an active PREMIUM or VIP subscription on UNAS. Lower tiers do not support API access.
Getting Your API Key
To connect Retino with your UNAS store, you need to generate an API key:
Log in to your UNAS administration panel
Navigate to Beállítások (Settings) → Külső kapcsolatok (External connections) → API kapcsolat (API connection)
Click API kulcs létrehozása (Create API key)
Copy the generated API key
Important: Keep your API key secure and do not share it with anyone.
Connecting with Retino
After obtaining your API key, send it to [email protected] and we will set up the connection for you.
Order Synchronization
After connecting, the first synchronization will run, which may take up to several hours depending on the number of orders. Subsequent updates run automatically every 6 hours.
All orders are synchronized including:
Customer contact information
Billing and shipping addresses
Order items with prices and VAT
Order and payment status
Tracking number and tracking link
Invoices (PDF)
Portal Integration
After data synchronization is complete, you can integrate the Retino portal into your e-shop. You can find the HTML code to embed in your Retino account settings.
