With Track & Trace analytics, you get insights into how customers use your tracking page. Find out what interests them, where they come from, and how you can improve their experience.
What is analytics useful for?
The Track & Trace page is often the first place customers visit after their order is shipped. Analytics helps you understand their behavior and optimize the entire experience.
Understand your customers
See how many customers visit the tracking page, what devices they use, and which features they use most often. For example, if most customers use mobile, you know it pays to invest in mobile optimization.
Identify problems
A high number of failed searches may indicate that customers are not receiving correct tracking information in emails, or that you have a carrier integration issue. Analytics helps you detect these problems early.
Measure campaign success
Added a promotional banner to your Track & Trace page? In analytics, you can see how many customers clicked on it.
Two views of data
Analytics offers two display modes:
Realtime shows activity from the last 30 minutes. Ideal for checking that everything is working correctly, or for monitoring traffic when launching a new campaign.
Long-term data displays historical statistics. Here you will find traffic trends, search success rates, and an overview of which features customers use most often.
What you will find in analytics
Traffic and devices
How many customers visited the page, from which devices (mobile, desktop, tablet) and which browsers they use. This information is crucial for proper page display across all devices.
Customer interactions
Which actions customers perform on the page – whether they copy the tracking number, click on carrier details, download invoices, or contact support.
Search success rate
How many customers successfully found their shipment and how many searches ended unsuccessfully. A high percentage of failed searches signals a problem worth investigating.
