Store Branches allow you to manage your own pickup locations (stores, warehouses) that are displayed to customers in Track & Trace and emails. Unlike carrier pickup points (e.g., Packeta, DPD Pickup), these are your own locations.
Automatic Order Matching
Key feature for e-shops with multiple branches. Retino automatically assigns the correct branch based on the shipping method chosen by the customer.
Example: Customer selects "Store Pickup Prague" → Track & Trace and emails will display the address, opening hours, and contact details of the Prague branch.
How matching works
Retino compares the value in the Automatic Matching field with shipping method data from the order:
Shipping method name (e.g., "Store Pickup Prague")
Shipping method code (e.g.,
pickup-prague)Shipping method ID
A match with any of these fields is sufficient.
How to find the correct value
Open an order detail with store pickup in Retino
Find the shipping method in the order items
Use its name or code as the value for Automatic Matching
Testing
Before saving, click Test - the system will verify if orders with the matching shipping method exist.
