The 4shop.cz e-commerce platform is fully compatible with Retino, making integration quick and easy, taking only a few minutes. We'll guide you through the connection process below.
Data Integration
If you don't have a Retino account yet, create one here and log in to your administration.
In your 4shop e-shop administration, go to More options → Add-ons → Retino.
In the Retino section, you'll find the URLs containing information about your orders and products.
Please send these URLs to us via:
the chat directly in the Retino administration, or
email to [email protected]
We will handle the rest of the setup and system connection.
We will notify you via email when the data integration is complete.
The initial synchronization may take up to several hours, depending on the number of your orders. Subsequent updates occur automatically every 6 hours.
Portal Integration
Once the data integration is complete, you'll need to integrate the customer-facing interface – the Retino portal. To display the Retino portal on your website, insert the HTML code into the page of your e-shop and add the integration script to the block. That's it!
