Written by Pavel Jordán

Retino MCP lets Claude read the available data for your e-shop and use it to prepare answers, overviews and analyses.

Note: You need the appropriate permissions in Retino to create the connection. If you do not have them, contact the administrator of your e-shop account.

Authorize access in Retino

Claude opens the Retino authorization screen. Check the application name and its Redirect URL, choose the level of access, select the e-shop and confirm the connection.

Warning: Continue only if you started the connection yourself and recognize the application. Allow sensitive customer data only if you need it for your work.

Claude now has access only to the selected e-shop and permitted data. Retino MCP does not give it your sign-in details or any data you did not allow.

Using Retino MCP, tell me which e-shop and products I can access.

If the connection is ready, Claude returns the e-shop name and the available parts of Retino.

If the connection does not work

  • The option to add a custom connector is missing: check whether your plan, role and workspace settings in Claude allow it.

  • Retino does not let you authorize access: check the selected e-shop and the account currently signed in. Ask the administrator of the e-shop's Retino account to verify your permissions.

  • The connection stopped working: disconnect it in Retino, delete the connector in Claude and create the connection again.
