In the Settings > Shipping section, add a new contract and select the GEIS shipping type

Pickup Time Window Specifications
For GEIS, you can select the pickup date. Pickup is only available on business days (Monday to Friday). Weekends and public holidays are not supported.
Specific Parcel Tracking Information
Thanks to the GEIS API integration, parcel statuses are automatically updated and visible directly in the Retino ticket detail. You can cancel the shipment until it's picked up by the courier using the "Cancel transport" function in the transport detail in the administration.
