Shipment States

Each shipment is automatically assigned individual statuses reflecting its current location. All statuses are based on information provided by the carrier. Below are descriptions of each status.

Basic Shipment Statuses

Status

Description

Pending Processing

The shipment is awaiting processing or requires additional information for tracking.

Information Received

The carrier has received the shipment information and is preparing to pick it up.

In Transit

The shipment has been accepted for transport and is en route to the recipient.

Delivery Scheduled

The courier is on their way to deliver the shipment.

Delivery Attempt Failed

The carrier attempted delivery, but the delivery was unsuccessful.

Ready for Pickup

The shipment is ready for pickup at the designated location.

Delivered

The shipment was successfully delivered.

Transferred to External Carrier

The shipment has been transferred to another carrier.

Returned to Sender

The shipment has been returned to the sender.

Expired

Marked as expired due to inactivity.

Cancelled

The shipment has been cancelled.

Exception

An unexpected event occurred during shipment processing.

Sub-Statuses of Shipments

Pending Processing

New Shipment

Shipment data has been received. Waiting for the initial data synchronization.

Not Trackable

The shipment cannot be tracked.

Carrier Not Detected

The carrier could not be detected.

Carrier Detected, Untrackable

The carrier was detected, but cannot be tracked yet.

Credentials Required

Additional credentials are needed for tracking.

In Transit

Accepted by Carrier

The shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

In Distribution Center

The shipment has arrived at the distribution or sorting center.

In Depot

The shipment has arrived at the delivery depot.

Customs Inspection

The shipment is undergoing customs inspection.

Customs Inspection Completed

The shipment has passed customs inspection.

Delivery Attempt Failed

Recipient Not Available

The carrier attempted delivery, but the recipient was not available.

Delivery Attempt Failed

Store Closed

The carrier attempted delivery, but the store was closed.

Ready for Pickup

Standard Storage

The shipment is ready for pickup at the designated location.

Ready for Pickup

Extended Storage

The shipment is ready for pickup. The storage time has been extended.

Delivered

Standard Delivery

The shipment was delivered to the recipient.

Picked Up

The shipment was picked up by the recipient.

Exception

Returning to Sender

The shipment is en route back to the sender.

Damaged Shipment

The shipment was damaged.

Lost Shipment

The shipment delivery failed due to loss.

Refused by Recipient

The shipment delivery failed due to the recipient refusing to accept it.

Customs Delay

The shipment is delayed due to issues with customs clearance.

External Delay

The shipment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Awaiting Payment

The shipment is held due to pending payment from the customer.

Incorrect Address

The shipment was not delivered due to an incorrect recipient address.

Uncollected Shipment

The shipment was available for pickup, but the customer did not collect it.

Refused by Carrier

The shipment was refused by the carrier due to non-compliance with their policies.
