The Shipping section is the main control center for the entire Retino Tracking system. This is where all your shipments and their current statuses are displayed, making it the most important part of the system. You'll find a complete overview of shipments, their current status, history, and all delivery details here.

This section is where you'll spend the most time, as it provides a complete overview of all shipments and their statuses. It's the central point for tracking, analyzing, and resolving the delivery of your orders.

Shipment Overview

The main list displays all your shipments in a clear table. For each shipment, you see basic information such as the tracking number, order number, customer name, delivery country, shipment date, and current status. Clicking on any shipment will take you to its detailed information.

Shipment Detail

The shipment detail provides a complete overview of the entire delivery process. At the top, you'll find basic shipment information, including order numbers, customer contact details, and the chosen delivery address.

The most important part is the timeline, which chronologically displays the entire delivery process. Here you will see:

Internal information about processing

On the right side of the detail, you'll find clear information about the times and dates associated with the shipment – from order creation to final delivery. This data is crucial for analyzing the delivery process and identifying any delays.

Practical Use Cases

The Shipping section helps you in several key situations:

Resolving Delivery Issues

When a customer reports a delivery problem, you can quickly find the specific shipment using the search and see its current status. The shipment detail shows the complete history, including all delivery attempts and any complications.

Monitoring Active Shipments

Using the "In transit" tab, you can track all active shipments and promptly detect any delays. The "With issues" filter helps you identify shipments requiring your attention.

Analyzing Deliveries

Using filters by carriers, countries, and delivery types, you can analyze delivery success rates and identify areas for improvement. This data is crucial for optimizing your logistics.
