The dashboard provides a quick overview of your shipments and their delivery. You can see the most important metrics, statistics, and graphs in one place to monitor delivery performance.

Key Metrics

At the top of the dashboard, you'll find important statistics:

Total Shipments

Number of shipments tracked in the selected period

Paid in advance

Percentage of shipments paid for online in advance

On delivery

Percentage of shipments paid for on delivery

To branch / To address

Distribution of shipment delivery methods

Delivery Rate

Percentage of successfully delivered shipments

Shipment Count Graph

The interactive graph displays the number of imported shipments over time. Here you can:

  • Track trends in shipment volume

  • Identify peaks and dips in deliveries

  • Analyze seasonal fluctuations

On the right side of the graph, you can see the distribution of delivery times (D+0 to D+7+), showing the percentage of shipments delivered on each day after pickup by the carrier.

Status Overviews

Shipping by status

A graphical representation of the current statuses of your shipments. You can see how many shipments are delivered, in transit, or in other statuses. This overview helps you quickly identify potential delivery issues.

Exceptions by status

Provides an overview of exceptions and delivery problems by type. Helps identify recurring issues and areas requiring attention.

Problem Shipments

This section displays current problem shipments requiring your attention. From here, you can quickly access detailed problem views and start resolving them.

Summary Table

At the bottom of the dashboard, you'll find a detailed table summarizing data by carrier. For each carrier, you can see:

Percentage of successfully delivered shipments

Percentage of undelivered shipments

TO ADDRESS / TO BRANCH / TO BOX

Distribution by delivery type

DELIVERY TIME

Average delivery time in days

PICKUP TIME

Average time until pickup at the branch/box

Tip for Developers

If data for some carriers is missing or outdated, check your API access settings. The "Add API Credentials" button at the top of the dashboard allows you to configure carrier API access.
