Effortless Returns Certificate

The Effortless returns certificate is a prestigious quality mark for post-purchase care, awarded by Retino. This certificate helps build customer trust and strengthens your online store's reputation. Customers can shop with confidence knowing that if they need to return or claim a product, the entire process will be smooth and professional.

Conditions for Obtaining the Certificate

For your online store to receive the Effortless returns certificate, it must meet the following conditions:

  • Have customer satisfaction ratings set up and functioning in the Retino system

  • Achieve customer satisfaction with the return process of at least 90% in the last 3 months

  • Have at least 10 ratings in the system in the last 3 months

To maintain the certificate, the satisfaction rating must not fall below 85%. If the rating falls below this threshold or the number of ratings drops below the minimum, the certificate will be automatically suspended.

Important Information. Customer satisfaction is calculated using a special formula that takes into account all ratings for the past 90 days.

Certificate Types

The Effortless returns certificate is available in three basic variants, differing in how they are displayed on your online store:

Icon

A compact, circular certificate variant that can be placed anywhere on your website. This variant is ideal for sites with limited space, such as the website footer or sidebar.

Left Panel

A rectangular certificate displayed on the left side of the website. This variant is more prominent than the icon and also includes the customer satisfaction percentage.

Right Panel

A rectangular certificate displayed on the right side of the website. Functionally identical to the left panel, but positioned on the opposite side of the page.

All certificate types are available in over 20 languages, including Czech, Slovak, English, German, Polish, and others. The system automatically detects the visitor's browser language and displays the certificate in the corresponding language (if available). You can also explicitly set the certificate language in the integration code.

Tip. Special high-resolution certificate variants are prepared for high-resolution websites (Retina displays). These will automatically be used if the system detects the appropriate device.

Integration Methods for the Certificate

Integration codes for all certificate types can be found in Retino under Settings > Certificate.

In this section, you can:

  • Select the certificate type (icon, left panel, right panel)

  • Choose the language

  • Set the position from the top edge of the page (for panel variants)

  • Copy the generated integration code with pre-filled values specific to your online store

Important Information. Always use integration codes directly from your Retino account. These codes already contain all necessary values such as your company ID, URLs, and other parameters specific to your online store.

Example Integration on the Shoptet Platform

To integrate the certificate into your Shoptet online store, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Settings > Certificate and copy the integration code for the selected certificate type

  2. Log in to your Shoptet online store administration

  3. Go to Appearance & Content > Editor

  4. Select "HTML code" in the top right corner

  5. Paste the integration code into the section before the closing </body> tag

  6. Save the changes

Tip for Shoptet. For better customization, you can also insert the icon into the text box in the footer or sidebar where you can add custom HTML code.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I lose the certificate?

If customer satisfaction drops below 85% or the number of ratings in the last 3 months falls below 10, the certificate will be automatically deactivated and will no longer be displayed on your website. You will be notified of this via email.

To regain the certificate, you need to meet the minimum customer satisfaction requirement of 90% and have at least 10 ratings in the last 3 months. Once these conditions are met, the certificate will automatically reactivate.

How does the click-through from the certificate work?

When clicking on the certificate, the customer is redirected to a certificate detail page where:

  • They see information that your online store has received the Effortless returns certificate

  • They can read authentic customer comments that rated your return process

  • They find information on the conditions under which the certificate is awarded

This information helps build trust and transparency with your customers.

How are customer ratings and comments processed?

Customer ratings are automatically collected after completing the return process in the Retino system. The customer has the option to rate the return process (using smileys - positive, neutral, negative) and add a textual comment.

Ratings and comments are processed in real-time and influence the calculation of overall customer satisfaction. Selected comments are displayed on the certificate detail page, which the customer reaches after clicking the certificate on your website.

You can respond to all customer ratings (positive, neutral, and negative) from the Retino administration. Your responses will then appear on the certificate detail page below the customer's comment, contributing to transparency and strengthening customer trust.

Can the certificate be displayed on mobile devices?

Yes, the certificate is fully responsive and automatically adjusts to the device's screen size. Panel variants (left and right panels) are not displayed on mobile devices to avoid disrupting the user experience. The icon variant is fully supported on mobile devices.

For the mobile version of your online store, we recommend using the icon variant of the certificate, which can be placed in the website footer, for example.
