How the connection works
After activating the integration, you'll gain access to all important customer information directly from Retino within SupportBox. For incoming messages and calls, you'll see:
Customer/company name
Email address
Phone number
Total number of tickets (returns and warranty claims)
Details of recent tickets:
Ticket number
Product name
Product price
Ticket creation date
Current ticket status
Proposed solution
Claim reason
Return reason
You can directly navigate to the Retino administration for complete ticket management via the ticket number.
Connecting steps
Step 1: Activation in Retino
Log in to your Retino account
Open Marketplace
In the Available plugins section, find the SupportBox plugin
Click the Install plugin button and confirm the installation
After successful installation, the plugin will move to Installed plugins.
Step 2: Activation in SupportBox
Log in to your SupportBox
Click the gear icon in the bottom left corner for Settings
Select the inbox where you want to activate the plugin
In the top tabs, find the Plugins option
In the bottom section, find Retino among the available plugins and click the green Install button
The plugin will move to the top section among Installed plugins as Inactive. You need to wait for the SupportBox plugin to activate it automatically. For faster activation, you can contact [email protected].
