How the Connection Works
After entering their email address and order number, a customer can, within the MessageOk widget:
View the current status of their return or warranty claim
Obtain information about the creation date and the last modification of the ticket
How to Activate the Connection
To connect, you need the Retino Portal integrated on your website
Log in to Retino
In the Marketplace section (or integrations), find the MessageOk add-on
Click the Install plugin button for the MessageOk integration
After clicking, a request for connection and API key will be sent to MessageOk
Wait for the MessageOk team to activate the connection
Important: After installing the add-on, you do not need to manually transfer the API key. It is automatically sent to MessageOk, and you must wait for their team to activate the connection.
Main Integration Features
Find a Claim or Return
Searches for a combination of the customer's email and order number. If found, it displays the ticket information.
Change Ticket Status
Allows changing the status of a specific ticket by its ID.
Load Customer's Created Tickets
Finds all tickets created by the customer based on their email and order number.
