How the Integration Works
The customer creates a return case (return/warranty claim/exchange) in the Retino online form and orders return shipping. Retino stores the following information:
Customer (name, contact, order)
Returned products (information from the order)
Account number for refund
Reason for return
Preferred method of claim resolution
Photo or video documentation of the goods
The e-shop can approve the shipping and let the customer send the goods to Skladon, or reject the shipping and handle the situation differently
Information about the new case is automatically recorded in both Retino and Skladon systems
The customer sends the goods to Skladon
Skladon receives the package and records:
Package reception - information automatically updates in Retino
Goods status - information automatically updates in Retino
Customer support sees all information in the Retino ticket detail and can immediately change the ticket status and handle subsequent steps (refund, credit note creation)
How to Activate the Integration
In the Retino Marketplace, request a connection with Skladon
Retino automatically creates the following in your account:
Tag "RECEIVED AT SKLADON" which will automatically mark each case received at the Skladon warehouse
Custom field "SKLADON - NOTE" where the goods status note from Skladon will be automatically recorded
Skladon will promptly notify you of the successful connection
If you are interested in Skladon's shipping contract for return shipments, a meeting will be scheduled to upload the shipping contract to the Retino system

Customer name
Products to be returned
Refund account number
