Although Retino is not available among Shopify App Store apps, it's possible to integrate it with this e-commerce platform via API. Follow these instructions to connect:
Integration Procedure
Log in as the account owner in the Shopify administration, go to the Apps and sales channels section, and click Develop Apps
Click Allow custom app development and confirm the choice. You will be notified that the app has API access to the store's data.
Click Create an app, choose any app name (we recommend Retino), select App developer (your account or the account of someone else managing the store), and click Create app.
After creating the app, click Configure Admin API Scopes and enable the following accesses:
write_gift_cards, read_gift_cards, read_orders, read_products, read_returns, write_returns, read_shipping, read_locales, write_price_rules
After saving in the Overview section, click Install app and confirm Install
After installation, send us the following information to the email address [email protected]:
Admin API access token (format shpat_********************)
Canonical domain (format: **********.myshopify.com)
After receiving this information, we will configure our side and notify you about the completion of the integration.
The initial synchronization may take up to several hours, depending on the number of your orders. Subsequent updates occur automatically every 6 hours.
Generating Coupons for Refunds
Retino allows generating discount coupons for Shopify within the refund process.
Portal Integration
Once the data integration is complete, you will need to integrate the customer interface – the Retino portal. To display the Retino portal on your website, insert an HTML block into your store's page and place the integration script inside it. That's it!
