If you manage multiple e-shops in different Retino accounts (for example, for different countries or brands), you can track their orders within one Tracking account. This allows you to have an overview of all orders in one place.
How it works
Activate the Tracking account for only one of your Retino accounts. Then, you can add additional order sources from other Retino accounts where you have administrative rights to this Tracking account.
Connecting additional sources
In the Tracking account, go to the Settings -> Orders section.
Scroll down to the Available order sources section at the bottom of the page.
Here, you will see a list of all e-shops you have access to as an administrator in Retino.
Click the Connect to this account button for the desired e-shop.
Example usage
Imagine you have two e-shops:
E-shop for the Czech market (eshop-cz.cz)
E-shop for the Polish market (eshop-pl.pl)
In Retino, you have a separate account for each e-shop. Activate Tracking, for example, for the Czech e-shop. Then, in the Tracking settings, you can add the Polish e-shop as an additional order source. This gives you an overview of orders from both e-shops in Tracking.
Limitations and notes
Tracking should be activated for only one Retino account
You must have administrative rights in the respective Retino accounts to add additional order sources.
All connected order sources are synchronized automatically.
