The analytical dashboard provides comprehensive statistics on the performance of your shipment delivery. You'll find detailed metrics, graphs, and overviews to help you optimize your logistics processes and improve the customer experience with deliveries.

Filters and Time Periods

At the top of the dashboard, you'll find comprehensive filtering options for the data. The basic filter is the time period, where you can select a predefined period of the last 90 days or set your own time range according to your needs. For a more detailed analysis, you can filter the data by shipping company, delivery country, or order source. Advanced filters are also available for specific needs, such as filtering by tags or delivery type.

Key Metrics

The top section of the dashboard displays four key metrics that provide you with the most important information about your shipments at a glance:

1. Total Shipments

This metric shows the total number of shipments in your store during the selected period. It's a fundamental indicator of your shipping volume, helping you track growth and seasonal fluctuations in order numbers.

2. Trackable Shipments

Here, you see the number of shipments that can be actively tracked using tracking information. This metric is important for evaluating the quality of your data and the ability of your customers to track their shipments. A higher ratio of trackable shipments indicates better visibility into the delivery status.

3. Untrackable Shipments Ratio

This metric reveals the percentage of shipments without active tracking. A high ratio of untrackable shipments may signal the need to optimize processes with carriers or a problem in tracking integration. Monitoring this metric helps identify areas for improvement.

4. Delivery Rate

This key metric shows the percentage of successful shipment deliveries. It's one of the most important indicators of delivery quality. A low delivery rate may indicate problems with a specific carrier or in a particular geographic area.

Shipment Count Over Time Graph

The time graph provides a visual overview of shipment trends. This interactive tool allows you to identify trends, seasonal fluctuations, and unusual peaks in shipping volume. When you hover over a specific point on the graph, detailed information about that day will be displayed.

For deeper analysis, you can use several interactive features:

In the top right corner of the graph, you'll find an icon to open a detailed view. This provides advanced analysis and data filtering options. If you need to examine a specific day, simply click on the corresponding point on the graph to access a complete list of shipments for that day. This is helpful, for example, when analyzing unusual fluctuations or resolving specific delivery issues.

Volume by Carrier

This section helps you understand how your shipments are distributed among different carriers. The graph displays not only the percentage share of each carrier in the total volume but also the absolute shipment counts. This information is crucial for negotiating with carriers and optimizing your logistics strategy.

For a detailed analysis of a specific carrier's performance, you can click directly on its row in the graph. This will take you to a complete list of all its shipments, where you can analyze individual cases and identify potential problems. The detailed view, accessible via the icon in the top right corner, offers additional metrics and comparison options for evaluating the performance of individual carriers.

Overview by Shipment Status

This overview provides a real-time view of the status of your shipments. Here, you can track how many shipments have been successfully delivered, how many are currently in transit, and which have been returned to the sender. This information is crucial for timely identification of delivery issues and proactive communication with customers.

One of the most useful features is the ability to access detailed information directly. When you click on a specific status (for example, "Delivered"), the system immediately displays a list of all shipments in that status. This allows you to quickly respond to potential problems or analyze delivery success rates. For a comprehensive analysis, you can use the detailed statistics available via the icon in the top right corner of the graph.

Detailed Carrier Table

The detailed carrier table is a comprehensive tool for evaluating the performance of individual shipping services. Each row in the table represents a carrier and includes important metrics to help you assess the quality of their services:

Practical Use of the Analytical Dashboard

The analytical dashboard is designed to help you with both daily logistics management and strategic planning. Here are the main ways you can use the data:

Shipping Optimization

By monitoring the performance of individual carriers, you can identify the most efficient delivery methods for different shipment types and destinations. The data will help you negotiate with carriers and optimize shipping costs.

Improving Customer Experience

By analyzing delivery time and delivery success rates, you can better predict and communicate delivery timelines to customers. Tracking preferences in delivery type (address/branch/box) will help you optimize the delivery options offered.

Problem Solving

Thanks to detailed views of individual shipments, you can quickly identify and resolve delivery problems. The system allows you to proactively respond to delayed shipments or areas with a high rate of undelivered shipments.

Strategic Planning

Long-term trends in shipment volume and carrier performance provide insights for strategic decisions about expanding partnerships with carriers or investing in logistics infrastructure.
