With Retino Returns Standard, you get full control over the returns and claims process — from the customer's online request all the way through to refund and credit note. While Start covers only the basic legal minimum, Standard gives you the tools for full automation and process control.
Current pricing is available in the price list.
Who Standard is for
Standard makes sense once the free Start plan stops being enough — typically when you want to refund customers directly from Retino, track statutory deadlines automatically, connect returns with your accounting system, or use your own contracts with carriers.
Multilingual self-service portal
The ticket-creation portal works the same way as in Start, but it also supports 30+ languages — customers see the form in their own language, and you don't need to handle manual translations or separate versions per market. You can also customize the portal yourself, adding what matters to you or removing anything you don't need from our default setup.
Return shipping on your terms
Standard adds two options:
Store-paid shipping — you decide whether the customer pays for return shipping, or you cover it as a gesture.
Custom carrier contracts — connect your existing contracts (e.g. with PPL, DPD, GLS, or Packeta) and keep your negotiated rates and processes. Setup is described in the article Custom Shipping Contracts.
Complete ticket management
This is the core difference from the Start plan:
Refunds and credit notes — issue refunds directly from the ticket detail and generate a credit note in a few clicks.
Manual shipping orders — order shipping on the customer's behalf if they weren't able to choose it themselves.
Documents and claim protocols — Retino generates these automatically; nothing needs to be created by hand.
Custom processes and automation rules — set up your own statuses, automatic approval of returns, agent assignment, or tagging. The principle is explained in How Automation Works.
Statistics and reporting — an overview of return reasons, most frequently claimed products, return rate, average processing time, and customer satisfaction.
Tailored integrations
Standard opens full access to the API, the MCP server, and webhooks. This lets you connect Retino to your ERP, accounting system, or custom tool, with data flowing between systems in real time. Orders can also be synchronized via XML feed if you run your own e-commerce solution.
Upgrading from the Start plan
Ticket history and existing settings remain unchanged — only new features are unlocked. You upgrade by adding a payment card under Settings → Plan and Upgrade in the Retino app.
What Advanced offers on top
