Specific Setup Steps

  1. In the Settings > Shipping section, add a new contract and select Slovak Parcel Service.

  2. Enter the Username and Password from your SPS client zone.

  3. Once credentials are validated, you can create a shipping route and make the carrier available to customers in the portal.

Tracking and Cancellation

Parcel statuses are updated automatically and visible directly in the Retino case detail. Until the parcel has been picked up by the customer, the shipment can be cancelled from the administration.

Drop-off Process Specifics

When SPS is selected, the customer sees a map of SPS parcelshops and parcel lockers in the portal where the package can be dropped off. After the shipping is created, a label is generated for the customer to print and attach to the package. The customer then visits the selected parcelshop or deposits the parcel into the chosen locker.

Note: The SPS branch and parcel locker list is synchronized daily from the official SPS feed. The map shows only active locations capable of accepting returns.

Troubleshooting

Cannot Connect to API

If you see a „Nesprávne meno alebo heslo“ (wrong username or password) error while validating credentials:

  • Verify the accuracy of the entered credentials.

  • Ensure SPS has enabled Webship API access for your account.
