Simply paste the ready-made integration code onto a page of your online store. You'll start receiving returns and claims right away — no printed forms, no back-and-forth emails.
What's included in Retino Returns Free
Add the Retino portal to your website and let customers submit cases on their own. An online form walks them through the process of starting a return, claim, or product exchange step by step. Every submission shows up in your Retino admin panel instantly.
Customers can order and pay for return shipping directly in the portal using carriers contracted by Retino. Once booked, they receive a shipping label and instructions for drop-off or pickup. The free plan only supports return shipping through Retino's contracted carriers. To use your own carrier contracts, you'll need to upgrade to the paid plan.
Customers can also choose to arrange their own shipping and send the package independently.

New EU legislative requirement — effective June 19, 2026
Starting June 19, 2026, every online store in the EU must make it just as easy for customers to withdraw from a purchase as it was to place the order. In practice, this means providing a clearly accessible "Withdraw from contract" button or equivalent online option.
With the Retino customer portal, meeting this requirement is simple — the customer fills out a form on your website and their withdrawal notice is recorded automatically.
