The Retino product list provides a clear overview of all products associated with tickets in your system. This screen allows you to efficiently track, filter, and analyze products across all tickets.

What is the Product List for?

The Product List offers a centralized view of all products that are part of tickets in Retino. This allows you to:

  • Quickly overview all products in the claim process

  • Track the status of products based on the status of the associated tickets

  • Analyze which products are most frequently subject to claims

  • Filter products by various criteria

Product List Structure and Content

The Product List displays each product on a separate line with the following information:

  • Quantity - The number of units of a given product

  • Product Name - Product identification including variant

  • Price - Product price including currency

  • Ticket - The ticket code to which the product belongs, with an icon indicating the ticket type

  • Status - The current status of the product's ticket (e.g., "Waiting for goods receipt", "Goods received")

Clicking on any part of the row will take you directly to the detail of the corresponding ticket.

Filtering and Searching in the Product List

For faster finding of specific products, the list offers several filtering options:

Basic Filters at the Top

  • Open Tickets / Closed Tickets / All - Switching between products from open, closed, or all tickets

  • Search Field - Allows full-text search in product names and other data

Advanced Filters

  • Ticket Type - Filtering by the type of ticket to which the products belong (claim, return, inquiry)

  • Ticket Status - Filtering by a specific ticket status

  • Ticket Open/Closed - Filtering by whether the ticket is open or closed

Sorting Results

Results can be sorted by several criteria:

  • Receipt date (ascending or descending)

  • Ticket code (ascending or descending)

Exporting Product Data

From the ticket list, you can export data for further analysis. The "Export Products" function in the bulk actions menu generates a CSV file where each row contains one product and the corresponding ticket data. This is useful for:

  • Creating summary statistics of claimed products

  • Analyzing the most frequently claimed product types

  • Tracking the value of claimed goods over time

  • Preparing supporting documents for negotiations with suppliers

Practical Use of the Product List

Tracking Problematic Products

Using the Product List, you can easily identify which products appear most frequently in claim tickets. Filter by a specific product name or category, and you'll get an immediate overview of all tickets associated with that product.

Monitoring Goods Status in the Claim Process

The Product List allows you to quickly determine the status of specific goods. For example, you can filter products in the "Waiting for goods receipt" status and track which products need processing once they arrive.

Analyzing the Value of Claimed Goods

By displaying the price of each product, you can easily estimate the total value of goods in the claim process, which is useful for financial planning and reporting.

Preparing Analytical Data

Exporting product data to CSV provides data for detailed analyses. You can further process this data in Excel or other analytical tools to gain deeper insights into claim trends.

Tips for Efficient Product List Use

  • Use a combination of filters for more precise results

  • Regularly export data to track trends over time

  • Use the search for quick finding of specific products

  • Pay attention to ticket statuses for efficient prioritization

The Product List is a powerful tool to help you keep track of all goods in the claim process and optimize your ticket handling processes.
