In the Settings > Shipping section, add a new contract and select the DHL Freight shipping type
Enter your API username, API password, and Account number
Order Details
When creating a DHL Freight order, you need to fill in:
Product - DHL Freight service type
Pickup date
Consignment value and currency
Insurance type
Shipment items - for each item: length, width, height, weight, description, and packaging type
Specific Parcel Tracking Information
Thanks to the DHL Freight API integration, shipment statuses are automatically updated and visible directly in the Retino ticket detail. The tracking link is available directly in the system.
You can cancel the shipment using the "Cancel transport" function in the transport detail in the administration.
