Introduction

In Retino Tracking, you can use various filter types for precise data display in lists. Filters are available on pages such as Shipping, Orders, Analytics, and more.

Filter types

Text filters

For searching by text - e.g., order number, customer name, tracking number.

Date filters

For selecting a time range - e.g., order date from/to, ship date.

Checkbox filters (Tri-state)

The most useful filter type for selecting multiple values at once. Each item has three states:

  • Empty (□) - item is not included in the filter, does not participate in filtering

  • Include (✓) - shows only records with this value

  • Exclude (✗) - hides records with this value

Click on an item to cycle through these three states.

Usage examples

Show shipments only from specific carriers

In the Shipping section, open the Carrier filter and click on the desired carriers (e.g., PPL, DPD). A checkmark (✓) will appear for each, and the list will show only these shipments.

Hide shipments with a certain status

In the Shipping section, open the Status filter and double-click on the status you want to hide (e.g., Delivered). A cross (✗) will appear, and these shipments will be hidden.

Combining include and exclude

You can combine both approaches - for example, show only shipments from PPL (✓) while hiding those that are Delivered (✗).

Saving and sharing filters

The configured filters are automatically saved in the URL. This means you can:

  • Save the link to bookmarks for quick access

  • Share the link with colleagues

  • Filters remain preserved after page refresh
