How to Activate Tracking

You can use Retino Tracking independently or together with Retino Returns. Tracking allows you to monitor all your shipments in one place and automatically notify customers about the delivery status.

How to activate Retino Tracking

There are two ways to start using Retino Tracking:

1. Registering a new account

If you don't have a Retino account yet and want to start using shipment tracking:

  1. In the product selection step, you have two options:

    • Tracking - if you only want to track shipments and automate delivery communication

    • Returns + Tracking - if you want a complete solution including handling returns and claims

  2. Fill in basic information about your company

  3. Enter your contact details and create a password

  4. After completing the registration, you will be redirected to the application with the Tracking module activated

2. Activation in an existing Retino Returns account

If you are already using Retino Returns and want to add the shipment tracking module, you can activate Tracking directly from the application.

Important: To activate Retino Tracking, you must have the manager role in your account. If you are a regular user, ask your account administrator to activate it.

Activation procedure from the sidebar menu:

  1. Log in to your Retino account

  2. In the left sidebar menu, find the Tracking section

  3. Click on Tracking - an information card with a description of the main features will appear

  4. Read the information about the benefits of shipment tracking

  5. Click the orange Activate button

  6. Wait a few seconds for the activation to complete (the button will change to "Activating...")
