Searching is one of the most important features of the application, allowing you to quickly find any information across the entire system. This guide will explain how to use searching effectively.

How to access the search

The search function is available in the main navigation of the application. Click the search button or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + K (⌘ + K).

Basic usage

Entering a search query

  • Minimum length: The search term must be at least 3 characters long

  • Entering the query: Type the desired text into the search field

  • Automatic search: The search starts automatically after entering 3 or more characters

What you can search for

The application searches the following data types based on your active product:

  • Tickets

  • Customers

  • Products

  • Activities

  • Returns

  • Shipments

  • Individual application pages (Settings, Tickets, ...)

How search results work

Results structure

Results are automatically divided into separate sections based on the content type:

  • Each section displays the most relevant results

  • For general searches, the first few results from each category are shown

  • You can click "Show more" to expand a specific category

Highlighting of search terms

Searched terms are automatically highlighted in yellow in the results, helping you quickly identify relevant information.

Working with results

Transition to detail

  • You can click on any result to go to its detail

  • For tickets, the ticket detail will open

  • For customers, the corresponding ticket will open

  • For shipments, the shipment information page will open

Limitations and access rights

Subscription affects availability

The types of content you can search depend on your subscription:

  • Shipping Portal: access to shipping

  • Returns: access to tickets, activities, products, and shipping

  • Tracking: access to tracked shipments
