What is AI Email Editor?
AI Email Editor uses advanced artificial intelligence to create and edit email templates. Instead of manually working with HTML code, you simply describe in the chat what kind of email you want, and AI will create it for you.

Conversational creation – describe your vision in plain language
Import existing designs – upload HTML or an image and AI will convert it to an editable template
Multi-language support – template is ready for translation into all your languages
Real-time preview – see immediately how the email will look
Code access – advanced users can directly edit HTML

How to give us feedback:
After each AI response – click thumbs up/down and describe what was good or bad
By email – write to us at [email protected] with your suggestions, issues or ideas
Via chat – click the chat in the bottom right corner and describe your feedback
Getting Started
You can use the AI editor when creating or editing an email template:
Create a new template or edit an existing one
Choose Advanced AI Editor mode
Select one of the pre-made templates as a base, or start from scratch
Pre-made Templates
At the start, you can choose from several design styles:
Aurora – clean, professional template with hero banner
Orbit – minimalist white design
Nebula – dark cosmic theme with neon effects
Eclipse – ultra-minimalist black design for luxury brands
Horizon – vibrant color gradients with energetic design
Editor Interface
The editor consists of two parts:
Left panel – real-time email preview
Right panel – chat for communicating with AI
In the toolbar you will find:
Visual/Code toggle – switch between visual preview and code editor
Language selector – preview in different language versions
Scenario selector – order created, in transit, delivered
Translations – manage multilingual texts
Images – set images for different languages
Send test – send a test email
Available Data for Template
AI has access to this data for creating dynamic content:
Order data: order number, total price, customer name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, order date, products including images
Shipment data: tracking number, delivery status, carrier, delivery type, pickup point (address, opening hours), tracking link
